1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or partially used candles, soaps, or diffusers

  • Custom or personalized gifts

  • Gift cards or promotional items

2. How to Request a Return

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item

Once verified, our support team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), Snugglee® will arrange free return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer’s change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may take a few additional days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, you may choose to receive:

  • A replacement product (same or similar item), or

  • A full refund to the original payment method.

Replacements are subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
After dispatch, the order cannot be canceled but may qualify for return once delivered.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — processing time may vary.

  3. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at support@snugglee.in and we’ll assist you immediately.

8. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is missing, broken, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Include unboxing photos/videos to help us resolve your issue quickly.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item, please contact us with proof of damage and order details.
