1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take an extra 1–2 days due to high demand.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship through reliable and trusted courier partners such as:
🚚 Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, India Post, and XpressBees.

Our goal is to ensure timely delivery with safe handling of your products.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be mentioned separately before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can click the link to check your order’s live status anytime.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Snugglee® ships only within India.

7. Delays in Delivery

We always strive for on-time delivery.
However, Snugglee® will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities or weather conditions
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Incorrect address or unavailability of recipient

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will coordinate with the courier partner for a resolution.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately.
If you’ve already accepted it, share unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours for verification.
We’ll ensure a quick replacement or refund, as applicable.
